Becker Glynn Assists StickTogether Products, LLC in the Sale of Sticker Poster Business to Demco, Inc.

A Becker Glynn team led by partner Eric D. Kuhn and associate Christian Prencipe advised StickTogether Products, LLC on the sale of its physical sticker poster kit, pixel art sticker pack, and virtual stickerboard business to Demco, Inc., a leading supplier of furniture and learning essentials for schools and libraries.  The transaction closed on April 15, 2024.  Demco plans to develop and promote StickTogether products as part of its offerings to the pre-K-12 educational sector.
