The Firm’s Litigation Group handles a wide range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Our practice extends to nearly every type of commercial litigation, though we focus on the areas of contract disputes and business torts; corporate governance and shareholder disputes; employment litigation; litigation on behalf of private equity firms; and real estate litigation.
