Andres A. Sardi Garcia elevated to Counsel

Becker Glynn is pleased to announce that Andres A. Sardi Garcia will be appointed to the position of Counsel on January 1, 2024. Mr. Sardi, with law degrees from Columbia University School of Law (LL.M.) and Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, Caracas, Venezuela (J.D.), joined the firm in 2015 in the Corporate and International practice groups. Mr. Sardi has significant experience working with multilateral and bilateral development finance institutions on a variety of debt and equity transactions, the majority of which have been in Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Sardi also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and in representing non-U.S. companies and individuals in their investments and other activities in the U.S. and other international markets.
