Becker Glynn Represents Japanese Purchaser of U.S. and U.K. Healthcare Research Business

Congratulations to our client M3 Inc/Vidal Group on its purchase of the Kantar Group’s syndicated healthcare research and healthcare profiles research businesses. M3/Vidal Group is a global healthcare research company headquartered in Tokyo with European headquarters in Paris.

The deal was a combined stock and asset transaction. M3’s US subsidiary, M3 USA Corporation, purchased PERQ/HCI, LLC, which conducts the syndicated healthcare research business in the United States, and M3 USA Corporation and M3 Medical Holdings Ltd., acquired Kantar’s healthcare profiles research business assets and personnel in the U.S., the U.K., and other jurisdictions.
