Becker Glynn Serves as New York Counsel to J Balvin in Landmark Hospitality Deal with El Cielo Restaurant Group

The firm is pleased to announce that it served as New York counsel to global superstar José Álvaro Osorio Balvín, known professionally as J Balvin, in connection with his investment in El Cielo, the Michelin-starred Colombian restaurant, hotel, and hospitality group. El Cielo operates in Medellín, Bogotá, Miami, Washington, D.C., and New York.

The transaction marks a significant strategic entry by J Balvin into the hospitality and premium gastronomy sector and reflects his commitment to showcasing Colombian culture through world-class hospitality.
