Becker Glynn Represents Key Executives Joining Australian BNPL Provider’s U.S. Launch

Australian “buy now, pay later” provider Openpay Group Ltd (ASX: OPY) expanded its global reach by launching operations in the U.S.  The firm represented key hires for Openpay’s executive team:  Brian Shniderman, joining Openpay as its CEO and Global Chief Strategy Officer, and Gary Stein, as Chief Product and Compliance Officer.  Bonnie Klugman, who runs the firm’s employment and executive compensation practice, led the Becker Glynn team, with assistance from Sarina Fritz, an associate in the department.
