S. local counsel, assisted the German law firm, Flick Gocke Schaumburg, in its representation of the Wirtgen Group in the closing for the sale of its business to Deere & Company. The Wirtgen Group, headquartered in Germany, is the leading manufacturer worldwide of road construction equipment and has a global footprint, with approximately 8,200 employees and sales in more than 100 countries. The transaction closed on December 1, 2017.
