Dorfman, Jessica A.
Jessica A. Dorfman counsels high net worth individuals in the areas of domestic and international estate and tax planning. She regularly works with clients to implement strategies that maximize wealth preservation by mitigating income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes and by incorporating other methods of asset protection. Her practice also includes structuring foreign investment in U.S.-situs property, developing wealth transfer structures for multinational families and assisting international clients with Internal Revenue Service filings and inquiries.
