  • acquisition and construction of a $30 million light manufacturing facility in North Carolina
  • triple-net lease for build-to-suit 500,000 square foot manufacturing plant and office building in Wisconsin, including use of state and municipal financial inducements
  • sale of 400-room hotel and vacant land
  • institutional private placement of $35 million of fixed rate debt, secured by mortgages on five industrial properties in three states
