Firm defeats class action claim; plaintiffs must proceed individually
An action raising breach of contract and discrimination claims was brought in federal court against one of the firm's European clients. The purported class contained roughly 7,000 members. The firm successfully opposed class certification of the contract claims, forcing the seven named plaintiffs to proceed alone.
