STACEY A. MESLER is an associate in the Firm's Tax Department. In addition to her general tax practice, Ms. Mesler routinely provides tax advice in connection with executive compensation, benefits, and international tax planning matters for foreign individuals. Ms. Mesler is involved in all areas of the firm’s practice, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Among other issues, she provides advice in relation to off-shore entities; FIRPTA issues; controlled foreign corporations; passive foreign investment companies; merger and acquisition structuring; and tax-free reorganizations.

Education

Ms. Mesler received her J.D., summa cum laude, from New York Law School in 2002 and her LL.M. (tax) from New York University School of Law in 2007.
