Attorneys

HAROLD J.G. BRUNINK joined the Firm in 2009 as an associate in the corporate, finance and international practice groups. Previously, from 2005 through 2009, Mr. Brunink was an associate in the London office of Davis Polk & Wardwell and, from 1998 through 2001, an associate of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in their offices in Amsterdam and The Hague.

Education

Mr. Brunink received his J.D. from the Leiden University in 1996 and his Magister Juris from the University of Oxford in 1997. He received his LL.M. from Harvard University in 2004 and his MALD from The Fletcher School at Tufts University in 2005. 

Memberships

Mr. Brunink is admitted to practice in New York and in The Netherlands.

Mr. Brunink is a native Dutch speaker and proficient in German.
