Attorneys

LUCIA G. LAGANÁ joined Becker, Glynn, Melamed & Muffly LLP in the summer of 2009 as a foreign associate. Ms. Laganá’s practice includes transactions in Latin America, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters. Ms. Laganá practiced in Mexico City with the law firm Lopez Rangel y Gutierrez Mendoza, S.C. from 2004 to 2008.

Education

Ms. Laganá is a licensed Mexican lawyer with a degree in law from Universidad Iberoamericana, A.C. In 2009, she received a Master in Law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Certificate in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management.
