SARAH SCHACHNE HIRSCHFELD joined Becker, Glynn, Melamed & Muffly LLP in 2008 as an associate in the corporate group. Previously, Ms. Hirschfeld worked as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. She has represented and advised clients in connection with a varied corporate practice, including corporate and project finance, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Education

Ms. Hirschfeld received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Queens College of the City University of New York in 2003 and her J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law in 2006.
