ROBERT C. MUFFLY is the managing partner of Becker, Glynn, Melamed & Muffly LLP. He practices in the firm's corporate, international, finance and estate planning groups. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, and general corporate and commercial matters for a variety of domestic and foreign businesses. Mr. Muffly also specializes in the representation of foreign clients in the United States, with particular regard to international tax and estate planning matters for foreign individuals, transnational families and other international private banking clients.

Education

Mr. Muffly received his B.A. magna cum laude from Yale University in 1977 and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard University in 1982.

Mr. Muffly is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and of the American Bar Association (Sections of Business Law and International Law).
