PETER M. HOSINSKI is a partner of Becker, Glynn, Melamed & Muffly LLP and a member of the firm's corporate, international and finance practice groups. His corporate experience includes the formation and restructuring of corporate and other business entities, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and various corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities, along with a wide variety of commercial transactions for various types of domestic and foreign businesses, including professional practice groups. His finance practice includes a wide variety of matters including international project finance transactions, secured and unsecured commercial loans, structured finance transactions and private placements and public offerings of equity and debt securities. In his finance practice Mr. Hosinski has represented a wide variety of business clients as borrowers and small banks and other financial institutions as lenders, particularly a number of multilateral and unilateral financial institutions focusing on activities in developing countries.

Mr. Hosinski joined Becker, Glynn, Melamed & Muffly LLP in 1991 and had previously practiced with leading firms in Washington, D.C. and Tokyo.

Education

He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Marquette University in 1977, where he was elected to both Alpha Sigma Nu and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his M.Sc. (Economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1978 and his J.D. from Harvard University in 1981.

Mr. Hosinski is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (Chair of the Committee on Foreign and Comparative Law, 1999-2002), the American Bar Association (Sections of Business Law and International Law), the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
