RICHARD N. CHASSIN is a partner of Becker, Glynn, Melamed & Muffly LLP. He heads the firm's litigation practice group. His broad experience includes civil litigation of complex commercial disputes in the state and federal courts of the United States, general advisory services to corporations and their boards of directors, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Chassin also specializes in creditors' rights, including the representation of troubled companies in work-outs and reorganizations of enterprises in Chapter 11.

Education

Mr. Chassin received his A.B. cum laude in History from Harvard University in 1981 and his J.D. from Emory University in 1984.
